Services
Conifer Park’s Glens Falls OPC provides a wide range of services, addressing the needs of a diverse client base. We offer a variety of services for Adults, and Adolescents, up to 5 times per week, both clinical and IOP; we provide chemical dependency treatment for the general population as well as those with specialized treatment needs.
Groups provide an opportunity for staff to address client needs based on gender and age, and assist those coping with mental health, legal and other life issues.
Late afternoon sessions are offered for Adolescents to accommodate school schedules.
Services offered at our clinic include:
DWI evaluations completed with evening and Saturday appoints available. DWI specific groups offered.
Early intervention and recovery topics
Family systems
Gender specific groups for men and women
Opiate groups
PAWS/Stress, anxiety and meditation
Relapse Prevention
Self-help and sober support networks.
Specialized Programs
Additional specialized programs include:
- Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT); Suboxone/Subutex, Sublocade, & Vivitrol/Naltrexone; induction and maintenance
- Family/ Significant Other group (Free service)
- Chronic Relapse/ Criminal Justice treatment
- Saturday services
Assessments can usually be scheduled within 24 hours. Walk-ins are welcome.
