Inpatient Rehabilitation

Conifer Park's Inpatient Rehabilitation program provides a structured, intensive treatment environment for deep recovery at our inpatient treatment center. Our program integrates therapy, counseling, and skill-building for a holistic approach to overcoming addiction. We cater to the multiple and diverse needs of each client, addressing substance use disorders on gender-specific units to ensure a personalized and effective recovery process.

Comprehensive Care

At Conifer Park, we recognize that individuals in treatment often require a variety of services and treatment components throughout their recovery journey. Our approach addresses not only drug and alcohol use but also associated medical, psychological, social, and legal issues. Each person in treatment is paired with an Addiction Specialist who oversees their treatment process and helps set personalized treatment goals.

Therapeutic Services

Our counseling staff works closely with each person in treatment to tailor their therapeutic care. Services include:

• Comprehensive screening and assessment
• Mental and physical health consultations
• Psychiatric evaluations and medication consultations
• Medication monitoring
• Psycho-educational classes
• Daily group therapy sessions
• Weekly one-on-one sessions with an Addiction Specialist
• Aftercare planning, including referrals to outpatient services, primary care appointments, mental health services, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and placements for continuing care

Holistic Treatment Approach

We employ Evidence-Based Treatment Practices and other behavioral therapies to address motivation, relapse prevention, and coping/problem-solving skills. Our therapeutic care is designed to support individuals throughout their recovery journey.

Men's Rehab Services

For our male clients, we offer specialized services that include:

• Individual and group counseling
• Relapse prevention education
• Introduction to the 12-Step methods of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA)
• Family programming
• Activities and recreational therapy

Women's Rehab Services

Our Women's Rehab program provides a safe, therapeutic environment where women can identify obstacles to recovery and develop coping strategies. We focus on issues such as depression, parenting, codependency, anger, anxiety, loss, and trauma. Our specialized programming for women includes:

• Grief and loss counseling
• Nutritional education and practice
• Integrated assignments focused on self-esteem and ego strengthening
• Access to medical, psychiatric, and dietary consultations, as well as women's health education

Effective Treatment and Positive Outcomes

An adequate length of stay in treatment greatly enhances the effectiveness of treatment and the likelihood of positive outcomes. The duration of stay is tailored to each individual's specific issues and personal needs.

Vocational Education Services

Conifer Park now offers vocational education services to all individuals in treatment in both the women’s and men’s units, which are available by referral. This program helps individuals develop life, job, and college preparedness skills. It also includes High School Equivalency (HSE/TASC) preparation, providing the resources necessary for a smooth transition from treatment to community life and meeting vocational and educational aspirations. The vocational education service is customized based on the individual needs of each person in treatment.
