Reputable Addiction Care for Glenmont, NY Residents

For many Glenmont drivers, the route to Troy is I-787 north for nearly the whole trip, following the west bank of the Hudson past Albany and Watervliet. That drive ends close to our trusted outpatient facility in Troy, NY, where adults get treatment for alcohol and drug use during the day and go home at night.

The Parts of Glenmont We Serve

Conifer Park works with adults from across Glenmont, from neighborhoods off Route 9W to homes closer to the river along Route 144. Living farther from Troy does not rule out outpatient care, because sessions run at several times a day and telehealth can cover some individual counseling.

‍

Outpatient Care for Working Adults and Families in the Area

Regular outpatient care usually means one to three sessions a week, and intensive outpatient care adds more structure for people who need it. Both are built around jobs, school schedules, and family obligations.

For opioid use disorder, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) pairs FDA-approved medication with counseling. Our MAT program offers Suboxone and methadone treatment plus naltrexone (Vivitrol), and same-day MAT is available on a case-by-case basis. For alcohol use disorder, options include acamprosate, naltrexone, and disulfiram.

The organization is employee-owned (ESOP), accredited by The Joint Commission, and licensed by NYS OASAS. Our Troy clinic also runs specialized groups, including the Professional's Group for credentialed adults with at-risk licenses and the Next Level Group for clients ready for deeper recovery work.
