Conifer Park, Inc. offers a very generous paid-time-off package. Time off is pro-rated based upon date of hire. Union employees employed as of the first of the year are eligible for 9 holidays, 2 personal days, a total of 10 sick days, 7 floating holidays and 10 days of vacation. Based upon years of service, the maximum amount of vacation time off is 25 days. Part-time employees (20 hours to 31 hours), are also eligible for many benefits on a pro-rated basis.

MAINTENANCE TECH
Location: Glenville, NY
FT/40 Monday – Friday (rotating weekends) 12:30pm – 9:00pm.
To assist in achieving safety, maintenance, improvements and operations of buildings and plant equipment by carrying out a work plan developed to provide corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance.
Requirements: High School or GED required. Vocational/Technical a plus. 2-3 years experience in maintenance/Healthcare environment preferred. Ability to demonstrate appropriate skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical.
HOUSEKEEPER
Location: Glenville, NY
FT/40 Sunday – Thursday 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Performs the day-to-day housekeeping and laundry functions necessary to provide the goals of a clean healthy environment in accordance with the Department of Health, Safety, and Departmental regulations and guidelines.
Requirements: Less than High School education (GED and/or High School preferred). No prior experience or training required.

Monitors, oversees, and escorts patients. Review notes and appropriate documentation on patients on a daily basis helping to ensure continuity and compliance with treatment. ACCOUNTANT

Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the job. Works under immediate supervision but some job functions require exercising independent judgment.
Requirements: 4 year Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration w/3-5 years experience.

COUNSELOR or THERAPIST

Clinical member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Responsible for input about patient psychosocial history and needs and serving as a patient advocate as necessary. Provides clinical services with the highest standard of counseling and addictions treatment. Participates in on-going training to remain current about new theories and practices in addition treatment.
Requirements: High School Diploma (GED) required plus 1-3 years in Chem. Dependency counseling. Assoc. or Bach. Degree in C.D. or related field preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and competency in counseling functions. Commitment to obtain CASAC within 5 years. Need good organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills. Able to manage stress appropriately, handle multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure. CRP Certification required within 6 months of hire.
RECEPTIONIST
Location: Glens Falls, NY

Provides administrative support to the outpatient staff.
Requirements: High School Diploma or (GED); one to three years clerical/office experience required with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office technology; be able to manage multiple tasks, exercise good judgment and discretion, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. CRP Certification required within 6 months of hire.
SECRETARY
Location: Plattsburgh, NY

Provides administrative support to the outpatient staff.
Requirements: High School Diploma or (GED); one to three years clerical/office experience required with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office technology; be able to manage multiple tasks, exercise good judgment and discretion, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. DRIVER
Location: Rochester, NY

Transport patients to various locations. Write routine reports and correspondences, interpret documents and apply basic math skills. Upstate driving with the possibility of occasional downstate driving if needed.
Requirements: Less than High School Diploma (HSD/GED preferred). Valid/Clean NYS driver's license with clean driving history. Ability to communicate with clients. Ability to read maps is required. Willing to work overtime as needed. CPR Certification is REQUIRED.

Requirements: MUST be a CSW, R preferred. CRP Certification required within 6 months of hire.
