Conifer Park, Inc. offers a very generous paid-time-off package. Time off is pro-rated based upon date of hire. Union employees employed as of the first of the year are eligible for 9 holidays, 2 personal days, a total of 10 sick days, 7 floating holidays and 10 days of vacation. Based upon years of service, the maximum amount of vacation time off is 25 days. Part-time employees (20 hours to 31 hours), are also eligible for many benefits on a pro-rated basis.

INPATIENT REHAB DIRECTOR
This Management position is responsible for full oversight and management of 2 Rehab units up to 60 patients to ensure the highest possible level of clinical care is provided to our patients. Specific responsibilities include program & goal development, policy & procedure review, quality assurance, staff supervision & regulatory compliance.
Requirements: The qualified candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field, Master’s Degree preferred along with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable clinical experience in chemical dependency and a CASAC or other QHP. The candidate must have a strong focus on customer service, solid interpersonal, communication skills, ability to multi-task, work independently as well as in a team environment. Supervisory experience preferred.
REGISTERED NURSE
FT/40hrs Evenings, PT/16hrs Overnights, PT/8 hrs Days and Per Diem all shifts.
Current/Valid NYS RN license w/1-3 yrs exp.
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
PT/16hrs Evenings, PT/10hrs Days, PT/8hrs Days and Per Diem all shifts.
Current/Valid NYS LPN license w/1-3 yrs exp.
ADDICTION SPECIALIST
FT/40 hrs
Assume full charge of patient care management, delivering individual and group mental health and chemical dependency services including assessments, discharge planning, managed care, and relevant communication, formulation and implementation of treatment plans, and performing specified duties.
Requirements: CASAC and 1-3 years relevant work experience required.
ADDICTION TECHNICIAN
FT/40 hrs Evenings, FT/32 hrs Overnights, FT/32 hrs Days& PT/16 hrs Nights positions available as well Per Diem/as needed all shifts.
HSD/GED PLUS 1-3 yrs exp with direct patient care, including positions requiring patient contact & general use of appropriate interpersonal skills including staff/patient boundaries & management of patient/client groups OR College degree.
DRIVER
FT/40hrs
HSD/GED w/1-3 years exp transporting clients/patients; Valid NYS Drivers License with clean history/record; ability to read and follow a map or directions for driving; and ability to communicate with clients/patients. CPR required.
SECURITY GUARD
As needed
Must be able to maintain and monitor security throughout facility according to procedure, exercise good judgment and discretion, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Requirements: Position requires current NYS Security Guard License and valid NYS Driver’s License. HSD/GED; prior training in security, law enforcement, or related field;and 3 years pertinent experience.
PER DIEM HOUSEKEEPER
HSD/GED with 1-3 years experience in a healthcare environment.
Performs the day-to-day housekeeping and laundry functions necessary to provide the goals of a clean healthy environment in accordance with the Department of Health, Safety, and Departmental regulations and guidelines.

SOCIAL WORKER
Location: Troy, NY
FT/40
Provides assessment to diagnostic services to outpatient clients. Provide individual, family, group, and crisis counseling to a caseload of up to 30 clients. Provide assessment and diagnostic services to outpatient clients. Document in the clinical record in accordance with facility and social work standards.
Requirements: LMSW or MSW with CASAC and commitment to obtain Licensure within 2 years, LCSW preferred. 1 – 3 years Case Management in Chemical Dependency
COUNSELOR
Location: Glens Falls, NY
PT/20
HSD or GED required. 2yr/Assoc. degree-C.D preferred. BA/BS in related field preferred. One to three years experience in Chemical Dependency Counseling. Commitment to obtain CASAC within 5yrs.
